RESTAURO DEL FORTEPIANO BOSENDORFER

On behalf of the Soprintendenza S.B.A.E. we have carried out the restoration of a Bosendorfer plateau datable to about 1848 owned by the Music Foundation City of Gorizia.

The inauguration took place on May 15, 2013 with a concert by pianist Sebastiano Mesaglio at the foundation's concert hall. On this occasion the book "Il Pianoforte della Contessa" was presented regarding the history of the owners by Dr. Predolin, a summary on the evolution of the fortepiano by the master Giovanni Canciani and our report on the restoration carried out.
